In short, our core consists of a group of network engineers, systems engineers, analysts, and support staff who love what we do.

Our story began over ten years ago in the year 1993. Back then, we were known as Integrated Computer Systems, or ICS. ICS was founded by our current President, Alan McDonald. We were primarily involved with supporting about 10-12 healthcare facilities, some accounting offices, media companies, and other businesses built primarily on Novell NetWare. Microsoft NT wasn't popular. Cisco wasn't the leader they are today. The closest dial-up Internet connection was in Berkeley. Configuring a simple SMTP server took days.
